MEASURES TAKEN IN THE COVID 19 CRISIS
Our new hygiene standards
The guest wing is cleaned, disinfected and aired before your arrival. Bed-linen is washed at 60°C. The protective coverings for the mattresses and pillows are washed and disinfected, as are the curtains. As we pay attention to every detail even the coat hangers are disinfected.
The outdoor furniture in the courtyard and on the terrace is also cleaned and disinfected. The studio and Writer’s Space are subject to the same degree of cleaning.
Hand sanitizer is available in the guest wing.
Bookings made before 11 May, 2020 : If you are unable to come because of confinement measures taken by governmental decision, we will undertake :
► to transfer the amount you have paid when booking to a future date of your choice, within 24 months of the date of cancellation;
► or to refund you straight away, without any charge, less any fees incurred by the bank or by an intermediary such as PayPal.
Bookings made after 11 May, 2020 : No deposit is required. Book now and pay later!
Whether you wish to book just one or both rooms rest assured that you will have the guest wing to yourself and you will not be sharing the facilities with anyone else (other than the people you may be travelling with).
These measures, drawn up in May 2020, apply only to the current covid 19 crisis.
The region & covid 19
The Lot has been little affected by the coronavirus. It is far from the epicentres in the east and the north. The commune of Montcabrier, where Atelier de la Rose is situated, has had no known cases of the disease. Despite a rise in the number of cases in France during the summer of 2020 the region still remains little affected by the development of the pandemic.
How to get a meal?
Restaurants have started to open up again, so there are many possibilities:
• book into one of the family-owned restaurants in a neighbouring commune;
• order a home-made meal with your host, Sally;
• picnic on the terrace or in the garden;
• order an excellent pizza from the bakery opposite.
Bon appétit !
