Our bed and breakfast accommodation in Montcabrier, set in the northern part of the Midi-Pyrénées region, Lot (46) bordering the Aquitaine, provides an ideal base for exploring the Lot Valley, the Dordogne and the Lot-et-Garonne. Personally guided walks, walking holidays or hiking vacations and guided visits to historic sites are available the year round.

We have designed our own range of road-books for those who prefer independent touring. Artists and writers seeking a creative holiday find our studio space a veritable haven. Photographers, too, can take advantage of our photography vacations.

Atelier de la Rose is situated on the main square of Montcabrier, a small bastide (one of the 'new towns' in the Middle Ages). Its buildings of rose-ochre limestone have a distinctive character and charm.
