Born 26th February, 1945. Southport, Lancashire (England).

Teaching posts (either as visiting lecturer or senior lecturer): Manchester College of Art & Design, Kent Institute of Art & Design, The Slade School of Fine Art, Goldsmiths College, North East London Polytechnic, East Ham College of Technology (later Newham Community College).
Co-founder of Atelier de la Rose, Montcabrier, France, a centre for creative short courses established with his wife, Sally Gosheron. He lived in Montcabrier (Lot, in S.W. France) from 1991 until his death.
